We overcome the limitations of standardized products and, relying on 3D scanning and CAD modeling technology, can customize multi-specification interfaces from M5 to G2, as well as nozzle structures with adjustable spray angles from 0° to 120°, based on customer-provided parameters such as water valve cavity structure, working pressure (covering 0.1–10MPa), and fluid medium (clean water, sewage, corrosive liquids, etc.). Whether it's a gentle water outlet nozzle for bathroom water valves or a high-pressure direct-fire nozzle for industrial cleaning, seamless integration with the valve body is achieved, with assembly errors controlled within ±0.02mm, avoiding problems such as leakage and jamming.

We adhere to the philosophy of "precision commitment in hardware components" and have established a comprehensive quality control system: raw materials undergo composition testing; during processing, we use coordinate measuring machines and pressure testing machines for real-time monitoring; finished products must pass tests for sealing, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance. All products come with a quality certificate, and high-end material nozzles are eligible for a 1–3 year warranty.
