Miniature circuit breakers come in a wide variety of models and specifications, resulting in significant differences in the size, material, and performance requirements of the rivets. We focus on customer needs, providing comprehensive customization services to ensure a perfect fit between the rivets and the internal structure of the circuit breaker.
Regarding size customization, rivet shank diameters range from 0.8mm to 5mm, and lengths from 1mm to 10mm. All sizes can be precisely machined according to drawings or samples, with errors controlled within ±0.01mm, effectively avoiding installation jams and loose connections.
For circuit breakers with special structures, we can also customize different structural types such as stepped rivets, semi-hollow rivets, and solid rivets to meet diverse functional requirements such as conductive connections, insulation fixation, and component fastening.
In terms of material selection, we offer a variety of base materials such as copper, copper alloy, stainless steel, and iron. Surface treatments like silver plating, tin plating, and zinc plating are available. For example, high-purity copper and silver-plated rivets increase conductivity by more than 30%, while 304 stainless steel rivets provide high corrosion resistance for casing fixation.
The cold forging process is adopted, and the strength of the rivet rod can reach grade 4.8 or above. Even in high-vibration environments, the connection remains tight, eliminating risks of poor contact or fire caused by loosening.
Rigorous testing including high/low temperature tests (-40°C to 120°C) and salt spray tests ensures stable mechanical and electrical properties in extreme heat, humidity, or dust.
